RecruitDisability.Org serves all job seekers: Every American with a disability can choose to self disclose then use our job board to search, post a resume and get a job. The site provides free tools for candidates and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) professionals to build resumes and is free for all job seekers with disabilities and to public and private VR Placement Professionals.
RecruitDisability.org offers targeted leads nationally. We also share industry specific articles, updates, and best practices for users of this site. Businesses who purchase and post job ads can connect to candidates with access to local Linkage Partners and VR professionals at no fee.
RecruitDisability continues to grow with over 5000 job searches daily and is ranked number one by Google search engines.
A recent job fair in partnership with the PA Office of Vocational Rehabilitation attracted almost 200 job seekers with disabilities, including disabled Veterans.
